To ensure high quality, all products manufactured at our IATF 16949 and ISO 9001-certified system undergo extensive measurement and life testing, in addition to a full range of environmental analysis that includes thermal shocks, thermal cycling, salt spray and vibration tests etc. During the mass production, Kavy insists a 3 step quality control: raw material inspection, process control and 100% finished products inspection.
