Epoxy Resin Potting
In the full automatic epoxy resin potting workshop, high dielectric epoxy resin is injected into the case and pulled into a vacuum to eliminate air pockets and prevent moisture intrusion or thermal breakdown.

Dust-free workshop with two full automatic YAMAHA SMT lines, the module production process meets IATF16949 specification SPI , AOI etc full automatic self-inspection 75 PPM controled
